Bio

Not quite a band, not quite a solo project, No More Death Stars is the creative brainchild of Kevin Cardinale and a revolving cast of collaborators. Self-identifying as a “punk rock collective,” the group originated in 2016 around Albany, NY. Having garnished comparisons to indie-punk contemporaries such as Jeff Rosenstock and AJJ, No More Death Stars re-emerge in 2022 with a new album, simply titled .jpg, this time incorporating orchestral instrumentation and citing Radiohead and Brian Wilson as major influences.

Cardinale recently relocated to Seattle, WA, to bring NMDS to the west coast.
